Please allow 2-5 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.

Please keep in mind that due to the global pandemic, processing and shipping times may be delayed or take longer than usual. Unfortunately, this is not something we can control, and we thank you for your patience and support during these challenging times.

While most of our items are designed and shipped from our warehouses here in the U.S., we have international warehouses as well. Domestic items may be shipped via USPS or UPS and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

Transit times vary by item depending on fulfillment center location and final destination.

Some items, including customizable products, may take 15-45 business days.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 14-days Return & Exchange Policy. 

• Our Return & Exchange policy excludes customized products. We cannot provide Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges for items that we have customized for you.
• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund or replacement. 
• Timing: we have a 14-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email support@lilbunsboutique.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with instructions on where to send returned goods. 
• Customers are strongly recommended to use trackable postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When the returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.
